There are several reasons why you did not receive an email from us within 24 hours but I can assure you that it is not because we did not send it. In the many years that we have run our websites, we have never been longer than 24 hour hours to respond.

Reasons why you did not receive your email containing your download link could include:
1. Your inbox is full
2. Your email server was not working when the email was sent
3. Your email server or email client is configured improperly
4. Our email was sent to your spam folder because it contained a download link

If you did not receive your file please do the following in order:
1. Please check your spam folder - If it is not there go to step 2.
2. Send us an email, preferably from a different email address than you used in the paypal form with the following information - Your name, the email address you used during checkout, and the date of purchase. - Click to contact us

Once we verify your info we will do the following:
1. We will refund you in the amount of $0.01 - You will receive an email from paypal with the details of your refund. That email will contain your download link. That email will be sent to the email you originally used during checkout so please check it.
2. If you emailed us from a totally different email address than was used during checkout then we will also send you your download link to that address as well.
