A Comparison of the Williams Coat of Arms with other sites

Final Note

Q: Are your coat of arms genuine?
A:
The first thing you must realize is that there is no such thing as a "genuine family coat of arms" because historically coat of arms were given to individuals and not families. Those coat of arms were specifically designed for the recipient and no two were alike. There was a procedure for passing a coat of arms down from Father to Son or from Mother to Daughter however and that is probably how the misconception of the family name coat of arms came to be. For this reason all coats of arms sold on this site should be considered generic in nature and in no way should be considered to be anything of absolute historical certainty or genuine simply because there is no such thing in this day and age. If you wish to read more about the history of coat of arms click here. Also click here to view a quick comparison that a 5 minute search will show you for the Williams Coat of Arms.
Q: Can you change the color or style of my coat of arms?
A:
All coats of arms sold on this site are taken from a database of over one million coat of arms and the colors, styles, depictions, and proportions of each are in no way editable, modifiable, or changeable in any manner whatsoever.
Q: Can I see a sample of my coat of arms before buying it?
A:
When we first started this site and had few visitors we could take the time to show everyone a sample who requested it. However, we now get literally thousands of visitors a day and to make samples to show everyone who requested one would be both impractical and time consuming and as such we do not do this anymore. If we were to do that we would have to hire many people to work constantly to try to provide them all and consequently, the price of our service would have to increase.
Q: The coat of arms I received from you does not look like the one I saw somewhere else... why?
A:
As stated above all coats of arms available today are generic in nature and if you saw a different one other than the one we provided it is simply because they are using a different database. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the other sites get the very same questions asked of them after seeing the ones we display.
Q: Do you give refunds if I do not like my coat of arms or for any other reason?
A:
As for the reasons stated above we unfortunately do not give refunds. By ordering you are totally agreeing to all of our policies so please be sure you read and understand them prior to completing your order.

Final Note:

Have you ever seen those guys set up in the mall selling "authentic coat of arms" for $39.00? Of course their booth disappear in a very short time and then they move on to another city... I wonder why...

We have seen so many sites blatantly lie about coat of arms and always have taken the high road and told our customers the truth about family name coat of arms. Stretching the truth does not add any value to what we provide nor does it change the facts as they are.

We appreciate our customers and hope you appreciate our honesty.

All the best to you...
